We’ve all heard about heart healthy diets and read what we’re supposed to do to lower our risk for everything from strokes to diabetes to cancer, but not much has been compiled and shared to help us protect our brains, particularly as we age.
As you can imagine, experts from the Penn Institute on Aging, Penn Memory Center and Center for Neurodegenerative Disease Research are often asked to share their advice, and have been spreading the message in smaller forums and groups over the years. But we wanted to spread the word far and wide, so, John Trojanowski, MD, PhD, and Virginia Lee, PhD, MBA, decided to record their presentation, so we could all benefit.
After watching the video, let us know how you plan to or already are protecting your brain. Were any of these tips and research updates helpful to you?

A very good lecture. I plan to donate to this via this year’s Pens Way campaign!
Unfortunately, I can’t find a way to donate through the Penn’s Way campaign.
